34th ID helmets for sale

UNIT MEMBERS ONLY

I have several complete helmets only missing camo nets for sale to unit members. Some repainted, some original paint, mostly front seam swivel bale, one rear seam. All have Korean war liners with WWII pattern OD #7 webbing complete with nape strap, leather chinstrap and sweatbands. Helmets have the red bull painted on front and replacement WWII reproduction chinstraps hand sewn on.

For new members in need of their first helmet.

Rear seam $30
Front seam $40

For existing members who might need a second helmet add $20.

These are complete helmets, not just liners or shells. If you want to examine them you can come to my house anytime but won't haul all these helmets out to battles unless you make arrangements with me. I end up carrying more stuff in my car that way. I need to conserve my car space for stuff we need out in the field. I can bring a single helmet for someone who wants to buy one or probably post pictures but that will take some time. I have alot of projects for this unit and my Sendai unit going on so my time is very limited.

Trust me on this one. I divide my time making Medic supplies, restoring helmets, looking for weapons and jeeps for the unit and keep making more contacts for services and sources. It may seem so simple to just take a billion detailed pictures, post them and answer a million questions but I really don't have that kind of time. I am more than happy to have someone come by some time and examine the helmets or if I happen to be in the area and aren't hauling a ton of stuff for something else to carry some with me, but that's about it.

Hey Tim I found out my helmet liner isn't ww2. Bob gave me a helmet net, and both chin straps. Just awesome! But the liner doesn't have the studs to mount the leather strap and it doesn't have the neck strap or the mounts for it. It may be a vietnam liner...i dono. I was looking to buying just a liner from J Muray or ebay but they're really expensive for me but I just saw this post and wanna buy one from you instead! Let me know.

Actually I have a swivel bale rear seam i think...can we trade for a fixed balel? Well I dont really want to part w/ it since bob painted it for me...it hasn't been red bulled yet either. Let me know what you think.

Wow, did I ever reply to your post? Hope I did. If you like I can recondition your helmet and I think I have one extra liner so I could fix it up for you.
