With the epic win of DC vs. Heller, many of us in the California Gunowner's community are trying to test the boundaries of the old law of Open Carry.

For those of you who don't know, it's legal to open carry an unloaded firearm in CA within certain restrictions. These include local ordinances, loaded/unloaded, registry... and of the like.

By technicality, this would be a protest and we will be going to eat.
