Tom's Jeep

Postby osok1953 on Sat Apr 26, 2008 7:31 pm

We have a winner in Tom Jones jeep. Needs to be painted army green and not too much mechanical stuff to deal with. Myself and Tim Kano rode up to Palmdale and got an eyefull on this bad boy and I was really impressed in the condition this jeep is in. Sorry no pic's just yet till Tom sends us some and you can see for yourself.

We currently have enough pedestal mounts for two jeeps. The first jeep is already set up with one, and there is a spare one for a .30. What we lack right now are the pintles.

If we are narrowed down to two jeeps instead of what I hope will ultimately be three, then what I plan on doing is installing dash mounts. The .50 is really overkill for personnel and should have a back up .30 for it. I hope the .50 will be more for vehicle kills. And it's always good to upgun your vehicles anyway.

So if we only get two jeeps, a .50/.30 combo and a .30/BAR combo might be the way to go.
